The Tissue Force Ladder
One progression for rebuilding a tissue's ability to take force. It works whether the problem is muscle, connective tissue, or you can't tell which. Four rungs, one a week.
Where should I send it?
You'll get the video walkthrough and the one-page ladder to run with an athlete this week.
What's in it
The four rungs with the dose for each: yielding isometrics, oscillation, eccentric quasi-isometrics, and absorb-and-redirect. Sets, holds, intensity, and what counts as failure on each one.
An exit test per rung, so moving someone up is has clear guidelines.
Included is how to utilize the force ladder along side their primary activity. This isn't done in isolation, it is used to keep someone playing while rebuilding the damaged tissue.
