We reduce the “irritability” of the system: pain, swelling, sensitivity, protective tone. This is what lets you train without constantly paying for it after. -

We rebuild the positions you need for your sport (and your training) so you can access them under load without compensation or flare-ups. -
Force
We restore force expression in the real world: load, speed, fatigue, and timing — so you can train hard and compete with confidence.
Most people try to solve this in random order. We don’t. We test, track, and progress based on your response.
