Most athletes I work with aren’t “broken.” They’re stuck in a loop:

The Rebuild is designed to end the guessing while keeping you training.

The 3 pillars we use (simple, but not generic)

  1. Threat
    We reduce the “irritability” of the system: pain, swelling, sensitivity, protective tone. This is what lets you train without constantly paying for it after.

  2. Position
    We rebuild the positions you need for your sport (and your training) so you can access them under load without compensation or flare-ups.

  3. Force
    We restore force expression in the real world: load, speed, fatigue, and timing — so you can train hard and compete with confidence.

Most people try to solve this in random order. We don’t. We test, track, and progress based on your response.
